My family and I moved from the U.S. to the Netherlands in 2021, and documenting that adventure has become one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. While I work professionally in the television industry, creating videos for YouTube lets me share the everyday discoveries, surprises, and lessons that come with adapting to Dutch life.

Storytelling has always been part of who I am. I produced my first short film during my senior year of high school, and today I’m fortunate to combine that passion with years of experience in television production to create videos that are informative, honest, and hopefully a little entertaining.

“A Day In The Life Of A Youtube Animator”, my first ItzSKY Vlog, was posted on July 4, 2020 and has over 4,900 views. Today, more than 31,000 subscribers have joined me on this journey, generating millions of views from people around the world who are curious about life in the Netherlands. Whether I’m comparing Dutch and American culture, sharing practical tips, exploring hidden gems, or simply showing what everyday life looks like here, my goal is to help others not just survive, but truly thrive in the Netherlands.
